Why Christians Should Support Israel (Why Christians Support Israel)
God’s Word is most precious to true believers in Christ Jesus. Our faith grows greater as we put into practice its teachings that guide our lives. The promises that God gave in His Word should be our incentive to serve and gain that which the Lord desires to bless us with. He does have blessings each day waiting for those walking with Him, and doing that which is pleasing in His sight.
It is clear in God’s Word that He will bless all who will bless Israel. So the question why Christians should support Israel becomes, how do I support Israel? Of course, Christians For Biblical Israel (CFBI) would like to be your channel of support for you to bless Israel. We will work whole-heartedly at using, on your behalf, your donation and support to bless Israel.
Going back to the question why Christians should support Israel, we want you to remember the scripture like Genesis 12:3, "And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed." Then there is the scripture, Romans 15:27, "It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their (the Jews) spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things," and Matthew 25:40, "And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren (Israel), ye have done it unto me." And another, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee," Psalm 122:6. Then there is Luke Chapter 7 and Acts Chapter 10.
We then find that we support Israel because men created other nations, but God created Israel. The "Land" that was given to Abraham and his seed through Isaac and Jacob is an everlasting and unconditional covenant (Genesis 12:1-3, 13:14-18, 15:1-21, 17:4-8, 22:15-18, 26:1-5, and Psalm 89:28-37.)
By faith God has given CFBI the foundation and structure to point Israel to Jesus. We have no doubt that this is giving Israel the greatest blessing of all, and bring glory to God. CFBI is a ministry that can and will give you the means by which God will bless you because of your love for Israel, and your desire to be a blessing to her.
Christians often neglect Israel with there being so many other good and deserving charitable organizations to support. Our caring for others is very important. However, our caring for Israel, God’s way, is no less important, and, many will argue, more important.
I believe CFBI is of the Lord. There is no doubt that blessings will come to those that faithfully support and donate to its ministries to Israel and God’s Chosen people.

Dear Christian Friends in Christ,
Christians For Biblical Israel, Timmie, and I want to thank you for your prayers, and praise the Lord for His blessings upon us. Our prayer needs at this time are many as I am sure yours are too. As we pray for one another please remember our ministry projects in Israel. They need your continuing prayers and support as they serve and work to help people in need. We are especially thankful for the way the Lord is using people like you to be a blessing to our ministry so that we together can be a blessing to Israel.
In Luke 10:2, Jesus said, "The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest." Among CFBI needs is this need that Jesus tells us to pray for, laborers. Please pray for the Lord to send us "ambassadors" and workers to serve in the harvest field of the world. Another request is for our trip to Israel the end of October. We ask that you pray for the Lord to speak to our hearts and lead us as He has so many times before on previous trips. "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." Jeremiah 33.3

Trust
I suppose out of the many things that the Lord has taught me in relationship to Christians For Biblical Israel is "trust". The dictionary’s definitions of trust are, "a firm reliance on the integrity, ability, or character of a person or thing. 2. Custody; care. 3. Something committed into the care of another; charge. 4. The condition and resulting obligation of having confidence placed in one. 5. One in which confidence is placed." Trust is never a one way street. When we put our trust in the Lord and He entrust to us a service and duty, He is saying, "I trust that you will fulfill that with what I have entrusted to you." Our stewardship as Christians is most important. God blesses us according to our obedience to His leadership and to His Word. And, our obedience proves we are trusting in God as we follow the personal commands that He lays on each of our hearts.
I am so thankful for the Lord’s trust in giving me the duty of Christians For Biblical Israel. Your prayers on mine and Timmie’s behalf are very important to us. Satan's "darts" come quite often. Your prayers strengthen our hearts and gives us courage to go on in spite of our circumstances.
Thank you for your trust in me. There is no doubt in my heart that I am following the Lord in this ministry to Israel and God’s Chosen People. My prayer is that I will never be a disappointment to my brothers and sisters in Christ. Mistakes will come in every ministry because none of us are yet perfect. I want to work with all of God’s given ability to be successful in all that He entrusts to me.
We need your financial support along with your prayers. Some are already supporting to their fullest ability, and we are so very thankful for you. God is providing and we trust that He is going to provide "according to His riches in glory." After all, Christians For Biblical Israel is His, and we His stewards.
When Christian’s hearts are in the right place toward Israel, God will bless us now and forever. Pray for what God would have you to do. Please do so with the trust that it will bring glory to His most Holy and Righteous Name.
